Rajan Thaokar, MD and CEO, RnR Datalex

Rajan Thaokar is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of RnR Datalex. Rajan as the CEO, sets strategic directions involving corporate re-engineering and growth and spearheads the company’s aggressive thrust into the global marketplace. Rajan's exceptional role in the company is to leverage the impact of technology, organizational transformation and deliver consistent solutions across the group.

RnR Datalex was incorporated as a part of his vision of setting up the biggest LPO in Central India. Within a short span of time, the company had forayed into Software Development, Transcription, Data Management and Banking & Insurance segment, while never losing its focus on its core, i.e Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO).

Rajan received a Bachelors of Commerce with an LL.M. (Information, Technology and Intellectual Property Law) from University of East Anglia, Norwich, UK. He is an active participant in several national and international IT and legal conferences.
